Social Media Recommendation Settings

These setting control the follow up email requesting a positive review from every customer who gave you a score of 9 or 10 on the “I would recommend your dealership” question on the survey.

Use shortcode [FACEBOOK] in email body. Creates a “Click Here” link.

Use shortcode [YELP] in email body. Creates a “Click Here” link.

Use shortcode [DEALERRATER] in email body. Creates a “Click Here” link.

Use shortcode [GOOGLEREVIEW] in email body. Creates a “Click Here” link.

You can customize this email subject line. Try to make it between 60 and 70 characters long. You can use shortcodes.

Edit the Body of the email as required.

Using Shortcodes

Use the following in the title or body of the email template:
[NAME] - Inserts the customer’s First Name.
[DEALERSHIP]- inserts the name of your dealership
[FACEBOOK] - inserts the icon you uploaded as a link to your Facebook page.
[GOOGLEREVIEW] - inserts the URL of Google Review Page.
[DEALERRATER] - inserts the URL of Dealer Rater Page.
[YELP] - Inserts the icon you uploaded as a link to the Yelp recommendation page you specified.

Set the delay for how many days to wait to send out this email after the customer has visited the dealership and give their survey.
